Home is where the heart is! It’s where your life revolves, be it relaxing in your favorite chair in the sun or having that once a year holiday party with all your friends. Your home reflects whom you are not just where you live!
All about Cheri: I was born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs. I am currently living in Minnetonka as I have been for 10 years. I have a son who is in 7th grade at West Junior High in the Hopkins School district. He lights up my life and brings a smile to my face. We truly enjoy participating in Horseback Riding, Football, and Swimming.
Experience: As with every aspect of life you are known for the company you keep! That is why I have chosen to start Waters Realty! I felt it is time for a brokerage that truly puts the client first with outstanding customer service and attention detail. I have been nominated and received the Super Real Estate Designation twice in the last few years by Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine and incorporate the same ideals that helped me receive these designations into my brokerage. I have put together my past experience, an unbeatable marketing plan, and first-rate customer service to achieve my goal of having my clients become friends and customers for life!
Community Involvement: I have been actively involved in Church and volunteer activities all my life. From volunteering at Camp Friendship to being on a number of committees at my son’s school. I have taught catechism and look forward to the coming year and participating again as an assistant catechist at the Basilica of St. Mary. I do not believe you can be successful without giving back to the communities and the people who make it all possible. I get unbelievable satisfaction and joy from watching my efforts turn into results and make a real difference in the lives of others. This same Philosophy holds true in the real estate industry, the fulfillment one can receive from doing a job well and watching your client and friend step through the threshold of their new home, is something I will never tire of.
Professional Involvement: My professional involvement involves being a member of the Minneapolis, Minnesota and National Board of REALTORS. I have earned my GRI Designation through continued hard work. I have received the Super Real Estate Award two years in a row.
Education: In addition to my college degree, I participate in a number of advanced training courses each year. Including an intensive program called EcoBroker. Because of this I am able to share the latest market, legal and technical information with my clients.
Personal Strengths: Few people understand the philosophy of going the extra mile to make the real estate process as rewarding for you as possible. This philosophy is the basis of everything I do! In addition, Listening is by far on of the most important characteristics to making the above happen. There fore I make it a point to listen to the problems and anxieties that surround my clients and make the process as easy as possible. Also, communication is vital! I keep my clients up to date every step of the way. I make it a point to keep in contact even when things haven’t really developed yet. To every client I am committed to being there for you every step of the way. My commitment doesn’t end at closing but continues well past the closing. There is nothing worse than the feeling of being forgotten! My commitment to my clients each and every one will never have you feeling forgotten. I give you the attention and enthusiasm you need to reach your goal!
